A meticulous, exacting gardener and grower with a passion for peppers. Every pepper powder is created using peppers grown here in Meridian, Idaho using all-natural, organic soil, fertilizers, and supplements.
Early on
An engineer by trade, I needed an outlet to let me keep connected to nature and to best utilize my yard and landscaping for beauty and function. Growing peppers was initially just a hobby, but the sheer variety in size, color, shape, taste, and growing methods was completely fascinating!
Current
Turning a hobby into a business has been a dream of mine for many years. I’ve finally reached the point where I have the inventory, infrastructure, and support to make a go at producing and selling the very best pepper seasonings available anywhere!
